Description:

Cresta is on a mission to enhance customer conversations and improve contact center efficiency through AI and human intelligence.
The Principal Solutions Engineer will collaborate with a Sales Director to demonstrate Cresta's capabilities to potential customers.
This role involves providing technical insights and solutions by understanding customer requirements.
Responsibilities include conducting product demos, managing technical validation activities, and developing business cases during the sales cycle.
The engineer will act as a liaison between sales, customers, and Cresta’s technical teams.
Key tasks include qualifying new sales opportunities, leading discovery calls, driving adoption during proof of values, and delivering captivating product demos.
The engineer will also run ROI workshops and provide feedback to product management.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with 1-3 years in a technical pre-sales role selling to large enterprises.
Hands-on experience with Conversational AI is required.
The candidate should be highly organized and possess an impeccable work ethic.
A desire to meticulously prepare presentations and demos is essential.
Energy, enthusiasm, and thoughtfulness in all tasks are valued traits.
The ability to quickly learn new technology and explain solutions in business terms is necessary.
Candidates should be natural problem-solvers and resourceful in driving opportunities to closure.
Knowledge of Salesforce.com and contact center technologies is a plus.
