The Principal Data Strategist will be part of the Strategic Consulting Services team at 6sense, focusing on shaping the data-driven future for the company and its global clients.
This role involves collaborating with executive-level stakeholders such as CROs, CMOs, and RevOps leaders to maximize the value and impact of 6sense solutions.
Responsibilities include consulting on data strategy, defining data and analytics ambitions, integrating data-driven decision-making into daily operations, and fostering a modern culture of data.
The strategist will also build tailored B2B go-to-market and ABX strategies powered by 6sense's predictive intelligence.
Key responsibilities encompass strategic advisory, client engagement, data-driven transformation, go-to-market leadership, thought leadership, practice growth, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Strategy, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
Candidates must have over 10 years of experience in consulting roles focused on data and analytics outcomes, with at least 8 years as a Sales, Marketing, or RevOps practitioner in B2B companies.
A minimum of 3 years of experience managing teams with proven leadership abilities is necessary.
The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker with expertise in creating and implementing data and analytics strategies.
Technical expertise in data strategy, management, governance, data science, machine learning, AI, modern data architectures, and data visualization is essential.
Experience as a change agent with a demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and work with executive teams is required.
Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex information and managing stakeholder engagement are necessary.
The candidate should excel in collaborative, cross-functional environments and have experience in developing thought leadership content.
