Description:

  • The Principal Success Architect will be part of the Customer Outcomes team, focusing on accelerating platform adoption and improving customer outcomes.
  • Responsibilities include servicing 1-3 large enterprise customers, developing executive relationships with key stakeholders, understanding customer goals, and creating customer roadmaps.
  • The role involves executing co-delivery models, developing relationships with ecosystem partners, and establishing delivery operating model governance.
  • The Principal Success Architect will advocate ServiceNow's best practices, contribute expertise on advisory services optimization, and provide high customer satisfaction metrics for assigned accounts.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in a professional services organization or equivalent education/experience.
  • Knowledge and experience with multiple ServiceNow product suites is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience in a management consulting role at a top-tier consulting company focused on technology-enabled transformations.
  • Experience working with F100-1000 accounts and understanding digital transformation across industries.
  • Expertise in digital transformation design, implementation, and management, with executive relationships in various departments.
  • Ability to identify goals, solve challenges, expand offerings with clients, and integrate with other account functions.
  • Experience in large program management, outcomes management to a CxO position, and co-delivery with large consultancies and technology firms.

Benefits:

  • Base pay of $134,190 - $234,810, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.
