Description:
The Customer Outcomes Success Architect will be responsible for developing and maintaining C-level executive relationships and relationship management across 1-2 clients.
The primary objective is to drive Customer Outcomes at these managed clients, leading to product adoption, renewals, and expansion of ServiceNow offerings.
The role involves servicing 1-2 VLE/LE accounts and developing strong executive relationships with CIO, CFO, CHRO, and business leaders.
The architect will understand business objectives and develop a customer roadmap, define and benchmark business value, and execute winning co-delivery models.
Responsibilities include developing relationships with ecosystem partners, establishing delivery operating model governance, and maintaining account-level relationships for clear value propositions.
The architect will participate in account delivery governance, advocate for ServiceNow’s best practices, and contribute thought leadership on optimizing advisory and expert services.
The goal is to deliver high customer satisfaction metrics for assigned accounts.
Requirements:
A BA/BS degree or equivalent is required.
A minimum of 7 years in a management consulting leadership role at a top-tier consulting company or equivalent, focused on technology-enabled transformations is necessary.
A proven track record of success with F50-500 accounts is essential.
Candidates must understand the issues driving digital transformation across industries and have depth in digital transformation design, implementation, and management.
Expertise in one industry and familiarity with one or two additional industries is required.
Experience in middle and back office functions, IT, HR, and GBS transformation is necessary.
Strong executive relationships with CIO, CFO, CHRO, and business line leaders are essential.
Candidates should have experience identifying business objectives and solving business challenges, as well as serving as part of a key client account leadership team.
A track record of expanding offerings with clients and integrating with other account functions is required.
Experience developing account partnering relationships with large consultancies and technology implementation firms, including Big 4 and GSIs, is necessary.
Candidates should have 5+ years of large program experience and experience owning outcomes/accountability to a CxO position.
Co-Delivery experience with Big 4 or large SIs is required.
Knowledge of ServiceNow is preferred, with ideal candidates having experience with multiple ServiceNow product suites.
Fluency in French is mandatory.
