AHEAD is seeking a Principal Technical Consultant specializing in network technologies to provide expert guidance and support to clients.
The role involves leading delivery engagements and cross-functional technical teams on customer programs or projects.
The Principal Technical Consultant will be responsible for advising on best practices, evaluating new technologies, and providing training and mentorship to junior staff members.
Key responsibilities include leading project teams to deploy solutions using Cisco, Palo Alto, VMWare, AWS, and Azure platforms, and maintaining expert level certifications.
The consultant will participate in the pre-sales cycle as a technical expert and communicate with external customers, including top management.
They will generate differentiated marketing thought leadership and craft innovative solutions for complex client programs.
The role requires driving consensus with customers to solve complex solutions and helping clients leverage technology to achieve their strategic goals.

Requirements:

Candidates must maintain a high level of technical excellence and evangelism across multiple relevant solution architecture and product areas.
The ability to supervise and lead technical teams through the delivery of complex projects is essential.
Candidates should have significant career experience in enterprise IT leadership or demonstrated technical/professional services expertise in one or more technology practices.
The role requires active participation in technical champion programs and communities, along with the attainment of relevant certifications.
Strong communication skills are necessary for explaining and advising on technical matters to external customers.
