The Principal Technical Consultant (PTC) provides expert guidance and support in technical matters to clients, requiring a deep understanding of network and network security technologies.
The PTC is responsible for implementing and managing complex technical solutions, advising on best practices, evaluating new technologies, and mentoring junior staff.
The role involves leading delivery engagements and cross-functional technical teams on customer programs or projects.
The PTC collaborates with PMO leadership in the “Two in the Box” model to ensure successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities include developing high-quality project deliverables such as white papers, plans, strategies, designs, assessments, and business case analyses, ensuring a cohesive presentation to clients.

Requirements:

Expertise in Cisco, ACI, Palo Alto, VMware (VxLAN/NSX), SASE, SD-WAN, AWS, Azure, and data center technologies is essential.
The candidate must maintain a high level of technical excellence and evangelism across multiple solution architecture and product areas.
Leadership skills are required to supervise and lead technical teams through the delivery of complex projects, with team members of varying technical levels and backgrounds.
The candidate should be a recognized expert through significant career experience in enterprise IT leadership or demonstrated technical/professional services expertise in one or more technology practices.
The PTC must participate in technical champion programs and communities, attain relevant certifications, and engage in discussions on emerging technical topics.
