Remote Principle Engineer/Leader - Java & BigData

Description:

• We are looking for a talented Java Developer (Mid to Senior) to join our team.
• The successful candidate will join a greenfield project.
• The daily work content includes but is not limited to joining the full life cycle of software development, including requirement gathering, designing, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Responsibilities include the development and implementation of data-related services for crypto products.
• The role involves building large-scale software systems that can impact the daily lives of millions of customers.
• The candidate will be responsible for underlying infrastructure/architecture upgrades, performance tuning, online incident troubleshooting, and system refactoring.
• The candidate must write high-quality, clean, and maintainable code using engineering best practices.
• The role includes guiding junior engineers’ daily work and sharing knowledge.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent industry experience is required.
• Proficiency in core Java is essential.
• The candidate must be proficient in MySQL and familiar with at least one NoSQL database.
• Proficiency in distributed system design is required, along with familiarity with at least one messaging middleware and the underlying design principles.
• The candidate must be capable of coping with stress and quickly learning new knowledge.
• Good cross-team communication skills are necessary.
