As a Process Analysts Team Lead, you will influence the successful delivery of your teamβs work and lead a squad of Process Analysts through the technical implementation process.
You will ensure projects are executed on schedule, including during urgent situations.
Your responsibilities include planning, execution, and leadership tasks.
Requirements:
A degree in a quantitative or analytical discipline, such as Industrial Engineering, IT, economics, or a related field is required.
A proven track record of delivering multiple projects within strict deadlines is essential.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
Knowledge in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI) is required.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is needed.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and manage resources effectively are essential.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely, are required.
Experience with process analysis, optimization, and process improvement or process automation is necessary.
Bonus qualifications include demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team, experience in stakeholder management and conflict resolution, and experience in project management.
