Description:

  • The process intelligence highlights inefficiencies, prioritizes improvements based on ROI, recommends optimal technology for automation, and provides a blueprint for building new automations and transforming work.
  • As a Process Analysts Team Lead, you will influence the successful delivery of your team’s work and lead a squad of Process Analysts through the technical implementation process.
  • You will ensure projects are executed on schedule, including during urgent situations.
  • Your responsibilities include planning, execution, and leadership tasks.

Requirements:

  • A degree in a quantitative or analytical discipline, such as Industrial Engineering, IT, economics, or a related field is required.
  • A proven track record of delivering multiple projects within strict deadlines is essential.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
  • Knowledge in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI) is required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is needed.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and manage resources effectively are essential.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely, are required.
  • Experience with process analysis, optimization, and process improvement or process automation is necessary.
  • Bonus qualifications include demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team, experience in stakeholder management and conflict resolution, and experience in project management.
