Voxy is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Product Operations team, responsible for building data frameworks to optimize product performance and improve user experience.
The role involves collaboration with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and business teams to assess product impact and identify growth opportunities.
Key responsibilities include tracking feature adoption, analyzing customer feedback, automating data processes, managing data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and developing dashboards for product performance monitoring.

Requirements:

Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI are required.
Experience with programming languages like Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
Familiarity with cloud-based data warehouses like BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift is necessary.
Experience with ETL processes and integrating data from multiple sources is essential.
Strong analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable insights are required.
Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders is necessary.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a data analytics or product analytics role, preferably in a SaaS or B2B technology company, is required.
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related discipline is necessary.
