Description:
As a (Senior) Product Data Analyst at DataCamp, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining world-class client reporting capabilities.
You will report to the Director of Analytics and ensure that customers understand the value of the platform by tracking user engagement and skill improvement.
Your responsibilities will include optimizing the client reporting portal, data connectors (APIs), and internal dashboards in collaboration with product and customer success teams.
You will influence changes by promoting data-driven development and decision-making.
The role requires collaboration with software engineers, data scientists, data engineers, product managers, and customer success leaders.
You will perform analyses on B2B client usage of reporting tools and services, providing recommendations for improvement.
You will generate and maintain internal reports and dashboards for the customer success team to identify opportunities for clients.
Ensuring high data quality standards and maintaining accuracy across dashboards and reporting tools will be essential.
You will keep internal documentation up to date and provide recommendations on metric definitions for customer usability.
Partnering with customer success and learning solutions teams, you will attend meetings to gather requirements and present insights to customers.
Mentoring team members in analytics best practices will also be part of your role.
Requirements:
You must have 3+ years of experience in product, client reporting analytics, or a related field.
Strong storytelling skills with a proven track record of presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences are required.
You should be highly skilled in SQL and have at least 2 years of experience using BI Tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
The ability to connect analytics solutions to business outcomes is essential.
Strong problem-solving skills are necessary, with the capability to develop rigorous solutions to complex problems.
You should possess strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
