Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in designing, executing, and interpreting A/B experiments is required.
  • Candidates must have deep technical expertise in statistical modeling, causal inference, and advanced analytics.
  • Proficiency in writing efficient SQL for at least 4 years is necessary.
  • Candidates should be proficient in programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential for translating complex analyses into clear insights for stakeholders.
  • A passion for solving complex problems and engaging in advanced analytics is required.
  • The ability to collaborate easily with others and possess robust business acumen is important.
  • An advanced degree in a quantitative field such as business analytics, data science, mathematics, or statistics is required.
  • Preferred qualifications include prior experience in the technology industry, behavioral science experience, and the ability to build custom data assets using DBT and Airflow.
