Description:

CoinTracker is seeking a Product Engineer (Full Stack) to join their 0→1 B2B Crypto Accounting product team.
The role involves designing and building products and features from scratch, contributing to greenfield projects that will influence the company's growth.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying scalable systems and features, driving end-to-end ownership of features, collaborating with product, design, and business leads, and championing best practices for coding, testing, and operational excellence.

Requirements:

Candidates should have at least 3+ years of software development experience as an individual contributor.
Strong computer science fundamentals are required, including knowledge of algorithms, data structures, system design, and distributed systems.
Applicants must write high-quality code, value software testing, and uphold best practices in engineering, security, and design.
A startup mindset is essential; candidates should be resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity.
The ability to learn new tools, technologies, and methodologies is important to stay at the cutting edge.
Candidates must be able to work effectively in a remote setting and overlap with core hours of 9 AM to 12 PM PT.
Prior experience building 0 → 1 products and engineering systems is a bonus.

The starting salary for this position ranges from $146,000 to $210,000, depending on job-related factors such as skills, education, and experience.
The position includes equity in CoinTracker.
