Description:

CoinTracker is seeking a Product Engineer (Full Stack) to join their remote team in the United States.
The role involves building new features and products while working across the engineering stack, including backend, web, and mobile.
The engineer will own and deliver top-level product and engineering objectives and collaborate with team members across the company.
Responsibilities include evolving technical architecture, infrastructure, code quality, tools, and culture to enhance the quality and speed of engineering systems.
The engineer will also help interview new engineers.

Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 3+ years of software development experience as an individual contributor.
Strong computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, system design, and distributed systems, are required.
Applicants should be able to write high-quality code, value software testing, and uphold best practices in engineering, security, and design.
A startup mindset is essential; candidates should be resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity.
The ability to learn new tools, technologies, and methodologies is important to stay at the cutting edge.
Candidates must be able to work effectively in a remote setting and overlap with core hours of 9 AM to 12 PM PT.
Demonstrated ability to drive business impact and alignment with the company's mission is crucial.
Strong communication skills are necessary to discuss details and the bigger picture.

The starting salary for this position ranges from $146,000 to $210,000, based on job-related factors including skills, education, and experience.
The position includes equity in CoinTracker.
