Remote Product Engineer, Growth

Description:

• As a Product Engineer on the Idea to Creation Team at Replit, you will collaborate with product and platform engineers, designers, and product managers to develop features that facilitate users in quickly transitioning from idea to creation and experiencing the power of Replit.
• Responsibilities include redesigning core full-stack features like the homepage, GitHub import flow, and create Repl flow to streamline the process from idea to creation.
• You will work on creating a free trial experience that showcases the best of Replit by default and experimenting with new ways to guide users to their first "aha!" moment when starting a project.
• Utilize technologies such as TypeScript, React, CSS, GraphQL, Node.js, and Postgres to ship new features, enhance existing features, and build infrastructure.
• Enhance performance and user experience across the product, from signup to advanced use cases, and develop reusable fullstack primitives from the UI library to tests and data models.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in building full stack applications with TypeScript.
• Experience in building products directly for users.
• Self-directed and comfortable working autonomously.
