Description:

  • Alan is seeking a Product Engineer (x/f/m) for their AI Health Assistant team in Paris, France.
  • The mission is to create a vertically integrated health partner that combines insurance and smart healthcare delivery.
  • The Mo team is developing Mo, an intelligent, empathetic, multimodal LLM-based conversational AI assistant that can prescribe, triage, and follow up on care.
  • Responsibilities include designing and scaling a multi-agent system, building rich user experiences, creating a proactive health companion, shipping voice-first healthcare experiences, developing medical reasoning models, and integrating with real-world clinical flows.
  • The engineering team values ownership, fast-paced work, and collaboration, with a focus on high-impact projects in a multi-disciplinary environment.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in engineering and a passion for shipping impactful products quickly.
  • Proficiency in Object Oriented Programming languages such as Python, Java, or C# is required, along with enthusiasm for modern web technologies.
  • Willingness to work with Python/FastAPI/React Native is preferred, but prior experience with these technologies is not mandatory.
  • Candidates should be self-starting, collaborative, and eager to learn and teach.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French is not necessary.
  • High potential and curiosity are essential traits for applicants.
