Description:

  • Eppo is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead products focused on Feature Flagging and AI experimentation.
  • The role involves owning the vision for Feature Flagging and leading the discovery process for AI experimentation, set to launch in 2025.
  • Responsibilities include conducting user interviews and market research to create a compelling strategy for both products.
  • The Product Manager will prioritize the product roadmap and collaborate with design and engineering teams to build the product.
  • The position requires working with prospects, customers, and internal resources to drive adoption and revenue for these products.
  • Key tasks include owning the engineer and AI engineer personas, conducting market research, leading product launches, defining adoption metrics, and collaborating with the GTM team to enhance positioning and sales enablement.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 5+ years of experience as a product manager, with at least one year focused on B2B product management for the engineering persona.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience as a software engineer at tech companies, preferably in a growth-stage startup, is required.
  • The ideal candidate should be very comfortable with discovery and conducting research conversations to uncover insights.
  • Strong product instincts are necessary, with the ability to balance data and anecdotes to influence product decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical personas.
  • Experience in a fast-paced technology company is important, with the ability to adapt quickly to changes.
  • The candidate should be a natural connector and communicator, capable of collaborating with various teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and design.
