Description:

General Assembly (GA) is seeking a Product and Solutions Architect to design blended learning strategies for high-value B2B and B2G customers.
The role involves providing consultative product expertise to the sales process and contributing to the discovery, development, and delivery of scalable learning products for businesses.
Responsibilities include supporting sales by understanding GA’s product suite, leading client meetings, and establishing advisory relationships with stakeholders.
The architect will lead design calls, leverage innovative instructional design methods, and work cross-functionally with various teams to improve solutions.
A typical day may involve scoping calls with clients, drafting proposals, collaborating with subject matter experts, and researching industry trends.

Requirements:

Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in instructional design and consulting or client interaction.
Familiarity with Google Suite and Keynote is required.
Strong competency in at least one core discipline (Tech/Data) and the ability to navigate complex conversations in other areas is essential.
A background in a client-facing role with experience in selling sophisticated solutions and managing stakeholder relationships is necessary.
The ideal candidate should have a history of building trust-based relationships with C-Suite executives and their teams.
Experience in designing in-person learning experiences and conducting needs analyses is required.
Candidates should be comfortable with ambiguity, possess strong attention to detail, and have a passion for education and technology.
