Remote Product & Solutions Architect

• The Product and Solutions Architect will design blended learning strategies for high-value B2B and B2G customers.
• This role involves providing consultative product expertise to the sales process and contributing to the development and delivery of scalable learning products.
• Responsibilities include supporting sales by understanding GA’s products, leading client meetings, and establishing advisory relationships.
• The architect will also lead design calls, leverage innovative instructional design methods, and work cross-functionally with various teams.
• A typical day may involve scoping calls, drafting proposals, collaborating with SMEs, and researching industry trends.

Requirements:

• Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in instructional design and consulting or client interaction.
• Familiarity with Google Suite and Keynote is required.
• Strong competency in at least one core discipline (Tech/Data) is necessary, with the ability to navigate complex conversations in other areas.
• A background in a client-facing role and experience in selling sophisticated solutions in pre-sales environments is essential.
• Candidates must have a history of developing strong client relationships, particularly with C-Suite executives.
• Experience in designing in-person learning experiences and conducting needs analyses is required.
• The ideal candidate should be comfortable with ambiguity, detail-oriented, and possess a deep curiosity for education and technology.

• The anticipated compensation range for this role is between $91,800 and $115,000, based on experience and other factors.
