Description:

TeamBuilder is a predictive workforce management platform designed for ambulatory healthcare, focused on enhancing patient outcomes and streamlining operations.
The Product Solutions Engineer will collaborate with clients, product managers, and engineers to understand customer needs and design scalable solutions.
This role is fully remote, but candidates must reside within the United States and have valid work authorization.
Key responsibilities include working closely with customers to align their business requirements with TeamBuilder's capabilities, participating in training sessions and technical workshops, and designing efficient technical solutions for SaaS deployments.
The engineer will implement AI functions into the platform, serve as a product and technical advisor, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance product functionality based on customer feedback.
Additional tasks include consulting on technical issues, developing technical documentation, and staying updated with SaaS trends and security best practices.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in SaaS solutions engineering, implementation, or technical consulting roles.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with a customer-centric approach are essential.
The ability to establish effective relationships and maintain a positive, professional attitude in all interactions is required.
Proficiency in configuring software for different customer needs and actively seeking to learn TeamBuilder’s product is necessary.
Candidates should be able to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Experience with integrations, data migration, and automation in SaaS environments is required.
Proficiency in RESTful APIs, Webhooks, JSON, and hands-on experience writing SQL is necessary.
