The role of Product Solutions Engineer is integral to delivering a seamless customer experience by providing technical expertise and supporting product customization.
Responsibilities include working directly with clients to design, configure, and implement tailored product solutions.
The engineer will provide in-depth technical support during and after implementation, troubleshooting issues, and guiding clients through complex configurations.
Acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams, the engineer will share customer feedback and suggest product improvements.
Conducting technical discovery sessions to understand client needs and providing recommendations on the best solutions is also part of the role.
A deep understanding of the product’s features, configurations, and customizations is necessary to effectively advise clients and assist with integration.

Requirements:

Candidates should have experience as a software engineer in a fast-growing start-up environment, preferably in a SaaS or B2B software context.
Proficiency in Typescript, React, and Node, along with familiarity with APIs, is required.
Strong analytical skills are necessary to diagnose issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients.
A demonstrated commitment to delivering a positive customer experience and building productive client relationships is expected.
The ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously while ensuring timelines and quality standards are met is crucial.
