Remote Program Manager with German - Associate Principal Engineer

Description:

• The Program Manager will be responsible for managing a project within the client department of the digital center, involving the migration of approximately 150 applications to new technology platforms.
• The role requires strong experience in managing large programs and working with multiple stakeholders.
• Responsibilities include project and program management, stakeholder management, planning, transparency on program status, monitoring program KPIs, budget and resource planning support, preparing presentation content, interacting with product owners, managing MS Teams channels, updating PPM, risk and dependency management.
• The individual must have good leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.

Requirements:

• Must have 10+ years of experience in project and program management.
• Proficiency in German language is required.
• Experience in program-related presentations, managing data flow, KPI reports, Jira tasks, and intranet page content.
