This exciting new Lead role focuses on managing a 50-person team accountable for training an AI engine and coordinating work/hand-offs to alternate time zones.
The role includes performance management and team morale, client engagement and stakeholder management, prioritization of work, KPI management, and process improvement.
Responsibilities include managing a team of 50 employees, KPI management, and process improvement.
The position requires working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with engineers, researchers, and product managers.
It is essential to ensure proper documentation and instructions are in place for remote teams.
The role involves managing the successful delivery of hand-offs from the US team to remote teams and managing the scope of work and deliverables for the team.
The candidate will learn new software programs on the job and think strategically about end-to-end processes and how to improve them.
The individual will execute and deliver on process improvements.

Requirements:

Strong people management skills with at least 3 years of experience are required.
The candidate must have strong collaboration skills.
They should be comfortable launching new projects, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience leading projects.
The ability to present research findings and insights is necessary.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential, with a solution-oriented mindset.
The candidate must be able to multi-task effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
Exceptional organization skills are necessary for this role.
Technical aptitude in one or more of the following is required: spreadsheets (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets), email/calendar (e.g., Outlook, Gmail), and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana).
The ability to assist in system troubleshooting and resolution is important.
The candidate should exemplify a proactive approach, demonstrating a high level of accountability, transparency, and teamwork.
