Remote Project Lead - AI (Eastern Standard Time)

Description:

• This is a Lead role focused on managing a 50-person team responsible for training an AI engine and coordinating work with teams in different time zones.
• The role includes performance management and team morale, client engagement, stakeholder management, prioritization of work, KPI management, and process improvement.
• Responsibilities include managing a team of 50 employees, ensuring proper documentation for remote teams, and managing the successful delivery of hand-offs from the US team to remote teams.
• The position requires working collaboratively with engineers, researchers, and product managers in a fast-paced environment.
• The role involves learning new software programs on the job and thinking strategically about end-to-end processes to improve them.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have strong people management skills with at least 3 years of experience.
• Strong collaboration skills are essential for this position.
• Applicants should be comfortable launching new projects, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience leading projects.
• The ability to present research findings and insights is required.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are necessary, with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Candidates must be able to multi-task and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional organization skills are required, along with technical aptitude in tools such as spreadsheets (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets), email/calendar (e.g., Outlook, Gmail), and project management software (e.g., JIRA, Asana).
• The ability to assist in system troubleshooting and resolution is also necessary.
• A proactive approach with a high level of accountability, transparency, and teamwork is expected.
