The company was founded in 2014 and is a trailblazer in the Residential Real Estate industry, aiming to revolutionize the home-buying and selling process.
The Prompt Engineer will join the research and development team to improve the system’s accuracy, efficiency, and overall user experience.
Responsibilities include managing data sources, analyzing user queries, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
The role involves enhancing knowledge sources, analyzing and improving AI performance, collaborating on solutions, monitoring and refining the AI assistant, and conducting troubleshooting and quality assurance.
The work schedule is from 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM IST, and the position is remote in India.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and patterns in user behavior and system performance are essential.
A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on troubleshooting and quality assurance is necessary.
Familiarity with SQL, Python, and Postman is highly preferred but not required.
Basic knowledge of AI technologies and natural language processing (NLP) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to system optimization are required.
The ability to work collaboratively across engineering, product, and support teams is essential.
A passion for technology and an interest in shaping its application in the real estate industry is important.
Previous experience in troubleshooting or supporting AI systems or software products is a plus.
