The role of Prompt Engineer involves designing and optimizing advanced prompts that power AI-agents and conversational roleplays.
Responsibilities include designing, refining, and optimizing prompts to maximize AI-driven agents' performance, implementing prompt engineering techniques, collaborating with data scientists and engineers, conducting testing and evaluation, developing frameworks for best practices, and integrating advancements in prompt-generation frameworks.
Requirements:
A Master's or PhD in fields related to Language Models (LLMs), NLP, or AI/ML is required.
Proven experience applying prompt engineering techniques in a product environment is necessary.
Previous work experience in either an AI startup or a large tech company with exposure to scalable AI solutions is essential.
Experience designing and deploying prompts at scale in production environments is required.
Familiarity with modern prompt-generation frameworks and techniques such as RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Chain-of-Thought prompting, and fine-tuning strategies is needed.
