Description:

As a Prompt Engineer at Didask, you will join our R&D team to transform how organizations create and deliver effective training.
Your mission is to develop and optimize generative AI-powered solutions that make pedagogically sound learning experiences accessible to anyone, regardless of their teaching expertise.
You will design and implement generative AI workflows for course generation and learner coaching, while maintaining high pedagogical standards.
You will partner with cognitive scientists and learning designers to ensure our AI solutions are grounded in learning science.
You will lead the evaluation and monitoring of our generative AI workflows' performance, from both technical and educational perspectives.
You will stay at the forefront of AI research and best practices, identifying opportunities to enhance our learning formats.
You will build and maintain our AI development framework, with a focus on documentation and replicability.

Requirements:

We are looking for someone who combines prompt engineering expertise with a passion for education.
You must have a deep understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations, with proven experience in prompt engineering and LLM workflow design.
You should possess a strong analytical mindset and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills, particularly in writing, are required as you will work in a transparent, async-first environment.
A genuine interest in education and learning science is essential.
You should be comfortable with basic programming (our stack is JavaScript-based) and have the ability to collaborate with engineers.
Professional proficiency in English and excellent writing skills in French are required.
A background in education, cognitive science, or related fields would be a plus.
Experience in edtech or learning design is also advantageous.
A track record of cross-functional collaboration in innovation settings would be beneficial.
