The platform allows users to build, share, and interact with AI bots and friends both in the Cantina and across the internet.
Cantina bots are lifelike social creatures that can interact wherever humans go online.
Users can recreate themselves using powerful AI, imagine new characters, or choose from thousands of existing ones.
The Bot Creator team aims to democratize the creation of hyper-realistic AI personas and support a new generation of content creators.
The role involves identifying key personality traits for compelling characters, creating datasets to demonstrate those traits, and developing prompt-based features to reproduce them in bots.
The position requires collaboration with product, engineering, and design teams to discover features that enhance AI personas and create delightful user experiences.
Responsibilities include collaborating on personality theories, writing prompts for new bot traits, generating datasets, evaluating bot creation pipelines, and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 1+ years of experience in prompt engineering and developing LLM-based features.
Previous experience working on machine learning teams, creating datasets, and evaluating model output is required.
A deep interest and understanding of psychology and sociology related to personality, behavior, and dialect is essential.
Strong communication skills to convey design concepts and processes to team members and stakeholders are necessary.
A proven track record of working independently in ambiguous areas while collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams is expected.
