• The role involves identifying key personality traits for compelling characters, creating datasets to demonstrate those traits, and developing prompt-based features to reproduce them in bots.
• The position requires collaboration with product, engineering, and design teams to discover features that enhance AI personas and create delightful user experiences.
• Responsibilities include collaborating on personality theories, writing prompts for new bot traits, generating datasets, evaluating bot creation pipelines, and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 1+ years of experience in prompt engineering and developing LLM-based features.
• Previous experience working on machine learning teams, creating datasets, and evaluating model output is required.
• A deep interest and understanding of psychology and sociology related to personality, behavior, and dialect is essential.
• Strong communication skills to convey design concepts and processes to team members and stakeholders are necessary.
• A proven track record of working independently in ambiguous areas while collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams is expected.
