Description:

• AuditBoard is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Prompt Engineer to join their mission to revolutionize risk management.
• The role involves designing and refining prompts that optimize the performance of Large Language Models (LLMs) with a focus on factuality, relevance, and trust in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) domain.
• Responsibilities include collaborating with machine learning engineers and subject matter experts to integrate domain-specific knowledge into prompts and developing synthetic datasets to enhance AI capabilities.
• The candidate will analyze model outputs and performance metrics to iterate and improve prompt effectiveness.
• Documentation of prompt design processes and outcomes is required to maintain clarity and consistency.
• The role also involves identifying and implementing innovative prompting techniques to address emerging challenges and opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in designing and refining prompts for AI models, focusing on factuality and relevance is required.
• A strong understanding of natural language processing and machine learning concepts is necessary.
• Experience in creating and curating synthetic datasets to enhance AI model performance is essential.
• The ability to collaborate effectively with machine learning engineers and subject matter experts is required.
• Excellent analytical skills to evaluate model outputs and improve prompt performance are necessary.
• Strong communication skills for crafting effective prompts and documentation are required.
• A background in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) or related domains is a plus.
