• We are looking for a talented Prompt Engineer to join our team and help design and refine prompts for our innovative AI assistant.
• This assistant interacts with various external systems, including SQL databases, Google Sheets, and Zoho CRM, to provide users with a smooth and efficient experience.
• Responsibilities include creating clear, concise, and informative prompts that guide the AI assistant to generate coherent and relevant responses in different contexts.
• You will test and refine prompts by evaluating their effectiveness through thorough testing and making adjustments to optimize results.
• Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is essential, as you will work closely with developers, data scientists, and product managers to align prompts with project objectives.
• Staying updated on the latest trends and advancements in natural language processing and prompt engineering is crucial.
• You will document and train by creating detailed guides and procedures for prompt creation and management, sharing this knowledge with the team.
• Establishing metrics and objectives involves defining key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the quality and effectiveness of prompts and working to achieve set goals.
• Specific tasks include optimizing user-assistant interaction by developing prompts that allow the assistant to understand and respond to user queries naturally and accurately.
• You will create prompts that facilitate data extraction and processing from databases, spreadsheets, and CRMs, ensuring consistency and accuracy of information.
• Managing ambiguity and hallucinations involves designing prompts that can handle ambiguous or incomplete queries, providing relevant responses and requesting clarifications when necessary.
• Personalizing the user experience includes creating prompts that adapt the assistant's responses to the individual preferences and needs of each user.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
• A solid understanding of natural language processing (NLP) at an intermediate to advanced level is necessary.
• Experience in creating effective prompts for various AI applications is essential.
• Familiarity with SQL databases, Google Sheets, Zoho CRM, or similar external systems is desirable.
• A passion for AI and its potential to revolutionize the way we work is important.
• Knowledge and experience in Python are required.
• Proficiency in machine learning is necessary.
• Candidates must reside in Mexico.
• Soft skills include excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• You should be a collaborative team player with a problem-solving mindset.
