The Proposal Solution Architect will support presale solutioning and the development of responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
This role involves close collaboration with capture and proposal teams to craft compelling solutions and ensure alignment with execution capabilities.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with teams to design customer-focused solutions, creating and refining RFI and RFP responses, and validating solution designs with delivery technical teams.
The architect will contribute knowledge of systems and technologies, write and edit proposal content, analyze requirements, develop supporting materials, and keep abreast of industry trends.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience in solution architecture, presale engineering, or proposal development, with at least 2 years supporting proposal and capture activities.
Technical skills required include experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), IT systems, cybersecurity, DevSecOps, and software development.
Strong writing skills are essential, with the ability to create clear, persuasive content tailored to client audiences, particularly in RFI/RFP responses.
Proven collaboration skills are necessary to work effectively with capture/proposal teams and technical delivery teams.
Candidates should possess excellent communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage deadlines in a collaborative environment.
Preferred qualifications include experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) or civilian agency contracts and engineering experience in designing, developing, or implementing technical solutions.
