Oowlish, a rapidly expanding software development company in Latin America, is seeking a Python Backend Developer to join their team.
The role involves collaborating with clients from the United States and Europe to create innovative digital solutions.

The primary focus will be on building and maintaining backend services using Python, with a secondary emphasis on frontend technologies like React.
Key responsibilities include developing, maintaining, and optimizing backend services and RESTful APIs, collaborating with various teams, working with databases, ensuring efficient backend architecture, and participating in Agile workflows.

Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 3 years of professional experience in Python development.
A solid understanding of RESTful APIs and backend service design is required.
Experience with databases, both SQL and NoSQL, is necessary.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to code quality are essential.
Candidates must be comfortable working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams.
Applicants must be based in Brazil.
Familiarity with React and willingness to contribute to frontend tasks is a plus.
Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and exposure to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) are also advantageous.
