At IT Labs, we are seeking a Python Engineer who is passionate about quality and innovation.
The role involves working on a large, single-tier (monolithic) application using Django as the primary framework.
Responsibilities include building and optimizing backend features to ensure the application is stable, efficient, and scalable.
The engineer will work with SQL and MySQL databases to manage and retrieve data, ensuring all queries are optimized for peak performance.
The position requires structuring different components of the application, handling user requests, and maintaining smooth interaction between various parts of the system to deliver a seamless experience for end users.
The engineer will develop backend systems using Python, Django, and MySQL, focusing on API development.
The role also involves deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP.
Maintaining a monolithic application architecture is a key responsibility.

Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in Python, demonstrating a strong grasp of the language.
A minimum of 1–2 years of experience with Django is required.
Proficiency in SQL and MySQL for database management is essential.
Experience with AWS or GCP for cloud services is necessary.
The candidate should work well independently, take initiative, and pay attention to detail.
Effective communication with team members and clients is required.
The ability to adapt easily to different client environments, workflows, and coding standards is important.
Experience with monolithic applications is a must.

The position offers a long-term 12-month contract.
Candidates can choose their contract type: Contract or B2B.
