Remote Python Engineer

Description:

• The Python Engineer will work on a pivotal Federal program aimed at positively impacting millions of Americans' daily lives.
• Responsibilities include writing code, developing tests, debugging, providing input on high-level architecture and coding decisions, and collaborating with other engineers.
• The role requires experience with Python, Agile software development, system testing methodologies, software development life cycles, API design, and backend systems.
• The engineer must be able to communicate effectively with both developers and non-developers, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with the government customer and project team members.

Requirements:

• Must have 3+ years of experience working with Python.
• Minimum of 3 years working in an Agile software development environment.
• Experience with system testing methodologies, software development life cycles, and API design.
• Ability to write clean and understandable code, communicate effectively, and work well in a team.
• Must be a US Citizen and able to work domestically.
• Must be able to attain low-level security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
