Gorilla Logic is seeking a Backend Developer with exceptional web services and backend development skills to join an Agile team.
The role involves building and maintaining client web and/or mobile applications.
Candidates must work effectively with teammates and demonstrate critical thinking, self-motivation, enthusiasm, and determination.
Responsibilities include working with an agile team to build, maintain, and optimize applications, mentoring fellow developers, and collaborating with DevOps and QA to establish a quality-focused CI/CD pipeline.
The position requires conducting code reviews, testing, and delivering high-quality maintainable code.
Candidates will work in an Agile environment to define, estimate, and work on user stories.
Proficient English communication skills are required, along with good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience is required.
Candidates must have 4+ years of backend development experience with Python.
Experience in writing tests using Pytest and Nosetest is necessary.
Proficiency in REST API design and implementation is required.
Candidates should be self-starters who take ownership of their work.
