Remote Python Full Stack Developer (AU Media, Home-based) 6 mos. Contract

Description:

• The position is for a Python Full Stack Developer on a 6-month contract basis, working from home in Mandaluyong, Metro Manila.
• The salary range for this role is between P160,000 to P210,000 monthly.
• The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM AEST.
• The developer will participate in scoping, estimating, and refining product requirements to create high and low-level requirements documents and complete use cases as needed.
• The role involves minimizing development life cycle durations to enhance product "time-to-market" and ensure the delivery of quality code.
• The developer will identify suitable technical solutions that align with business objectives and support team members in overcoming obstacles to meet their goals.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have over 5 years of development experience with a proven ability to deliver quality code.
• Proficiency in Python, Django, and ReactJS is required.
• A good understanding of ES6, TypeScript, and NodeJS is necessary.
• Candidates should have substantial experience with CSS practices, including Sass and BEM.
• Experience in working with designs and theming is essential.
• Familiarity with performance profiling and debugging tools in web browsers, such as Chrome DevTools, Lighthouse, and WebPageTest, is required.
• It is preferred that candidates have experience with CI & CD and Docker.
• A background in computer science fundamentals is a plus.
• AWS Certified Developer Associate certification is desirable.
• Experience with microservices architecture is also a nice-to-have.
