Description:

  • The R Developer will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and approving programming plans at different levels of study and project.
  • They will develop new tools and packages using R and/or Python for analyzing Oncology/Neuroscience clinical trials data.
  • The candidate should have experience in javascript, html, CSS, web app testing, and UI design.
  • Developing visualization dashboards and exploratory analysis applications using R Shiny and/or Dash Plotly is a key aspect of the role.
  • The developer will create software systems to display clinical study data as tables, listings, and graphs for electronic submission to regulatory agencies.
  • They will also be involved in developing software validation procedures, test plans, and archiving software, outputs, and analysis files.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Life Sciences, or related fields; Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing software for clinical trials using R and/or Python.
  • Good understanding of statistics and the drug development process.
  • Familiarity with CDISC standards, including SDTM and ADaM models.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
