Description:
The R Developer will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and approving programming plans at different levels of study and project.
They will develop new tools and packages using R and/or Python for analyzing Oncology/Neuroscience clinical trials data.
The candidate should have experience in javascript, html, CSS, web app testing, and UI design.
Developing visualization dashboards and exploratory analysis applications using R Shiny and/or Dash Plotly is a key aspect of the role.
The developer will create software systems to display clinical study data as tables, listings, and graphs for electronic submission to regulatory agencies.
They will also be involved in developing software validation procedures, test plans, and archiving software, outputs, and analysis files.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Life Sciences, or related fields; Master’s Degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing software for clinical trials using R and/or Python.
Good understanding of statistics and the drug development process.
Familiarity with CDISC standards, including SDTM and ADaM models.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
