Description:

Eight Sleep is seeking an experienced R&D Machine Learning Scientist to expand product features.
The role involves designing next-generation algorithms for new health features that improve sleep and health outcomes.
Responsibilities include collaborating with product managers and clinical researchers, training and validating machine learning models, and coordinating with the software development team to implement models into production.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 4+ years of industry experience in machine learning or equivalent postgraduate research experience.
Experience with deep learning frameworks such as Pytorch or Tensorflow is required.
Expertise in signal processing and conditioning techniques for physiological signals is necessary.
Experience in productionizing algorithms is essential.
Familiarity with Generative AI/LLMs is a plus.
A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, with a Master’s or PhD preferred.
