Remote React Developer (FrontEnd)

Description:

• Intersog® is seeking a talented React Developer (FrontEnd) to join their dynamic team.
• The role involves creating seamless, responsive web applications that enhance user experience.
• You will collaborate closely with designers and backend developers to implement engaging user interfaces.
• Responsibilities include designing, building, and testing React/Typescript web applications served from AWS CDN and making API calls.
• You will design, build, and test responsive web components using the Material UI Library and make styling decisions in the absence of a UI/UX Designer.
• The position requires designing, building, and testing the data layer between web applications and the backend using Mobx, including implementing caching and lazy loading.
• You will convert prototypes and mockups from UI/UX Designers into responsive HTML layouts.
• Accurately estimating and tracking large projects is part of the role.
• Writing tests in Jest/react-testing-library is expected as part of the development cycle.
• You will operate within an Agile team, participating in sprints and using tools like Jira.
• Providing constructive feedback in code reviews and incorporating feedback received is essential.
• You will create architecture design documents and present ideas clearly to the team.
• Maintaining documentation for front-end components and applications, including user guides and technical specifications, is required.
• Operating in a local developer environment using Docker and WebPack is part of the job.
• Collaboration with backend developers to integrate user-facing applications with backend systems is necessary.
• You will work closely with Product Management to create technical designs that meet product requirements.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in frontend software development roles is required.
• Proficiency in React, JavaScript, and TypeScript is essential.
• Experience with browser execution and data storage is necessary.
• Familiarity with single-page web applications is required.
• Experience with web app building tools, such as WebPack, is needed.
• Knowledge of frontend API layers, particularly REST, is essential.
• Experience with data storage tools and techniques, including Mobx and caching, is required.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, ArgoCD, and GitHub actions is necessary.
• Experience in converting UI designs and mocks into React components is required.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools, such as Jira and Sprints, is essential.
• A mindset focused on fulfilling the dreams of the Product, Design, and end users is necessary.
• Strong communication skills to interact conscientiously with colleagues are required.
