We are seeking a React Developer to join our clients team and contribute to various software development projects.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience with React and related technologies, a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities include designing, building, maintaining, and operating services deployed using React and related technologies.
The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable and maintainable software solutions.
The role involves optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Participation in Agile processes, including sprints and daily stand-ups, is expected.
The candidate will use data-driven approaches to improve performance, including A/B testing and analytics tools.

Requirements:

Minimum Academic Training: Complete university education, equivalent to a university baccalaureate or higher.
Primary Area of Training: Computer Science, Systems, or related Engineering.
Secondary Area of Training: Software development, with a focus on React.
At least 3 years in a similar role and technical stack is required.
Proven experience designing, building, maintaining, and operating deployed services is necessary.
Familiarity with Agile environments and methodologies is essential.
Technical skills required include ReactJS (including React Hooks, Redux, HOC), knowledge of Java, JavaScript, C#, or Ruby+React, and experience with APIs and REST.
Familiarity with analytics tools like Mixpanel or similar and experience with A/B testing tools such as Optimizely is needed.
Proficiency with Gitlab for version control is required.
Understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, is necessary.
Soft skills required include adaptability, problem analysis, customer service, critical thinking, planning and organization, and teamwork.

The position offers a direct hire contract for an indefinite period.
Work schedule is Monday to Friday, with daytime shifts only.
The role is remote, allowing candidates to work from anywhere in Latam.
