Remote React Native Engineer

Description:

• HiHello is seeking a motivated Senior Software Engineer to join their Mobile team.
• The engineer will work on a Software Platform for Digital Brand and Identity, focusing on digital business cards, email signatures, and virtual backgrounds.
• The role involves building native applications using React Native for the App Store and Google Play Store.
• Responsibilities include guiding best practices for the team, implementing major product initiatives, and ensuring high standards in work.
• The engineer will be part of a fast-paced product development environment and collaborate effectively with a remote team.

Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge of React or React Native and Typescript is required.
• Experience in consuming data layers with React Query, Apollo Client, or similar technologies.
• Previous experience in building and shipping native apps using React Native or other mobile technologies.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript fundamentals and experience with end-to-end testing solutions and unit testing.
• Bonus points for familiarity with Node.js, GraphQL, tRPC, gRPC, AWS, GCP, Docker, React Native for Windows + macOS, CI/CD pipelines, Expo, and serverless architecture.
• Additional experience in writing native iOS with Swift and native Android with Kotlin/Java is a plus.
• The ideal candidate is passionate about learning new technologies and balancing perfection with timely delivery.
