Description:
The React Native Engineer will have an impact on the daily life of millions of entrepreneurs in France and Europe.
The role is part of a product-led company focused on building an innovative and scalable platform.
The engineer will join a 10-person Mobile squad within a larger 150+ person Tech organization.
Responsibilities include participating in the discovery phase of projects, designing software architecture, building, testing, and releasing features to production.
The squad will also support customers by monitoring and fixing issues in production, and improving the mobile developer experience.
The onboarding process includes learning about the company, tech stack, and working with a tech buddy for support.
Within 3-6 months, the engineer is expected to be comfortable within the squad and contribute ideas and value.

Requirements:
Candidates must have at least 4 years of commercial experience with React or React Native.
A minimum of 3 years of commercial experience in mobile development is required.
Strong experience in building complex mobile apps in a scalable context is necessary.
A customer-first mindset and the ability to prioritize effectively are essential.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French is not mandatory.
