• Responsibilities include participating in the discovery phase of projects, designing software architecture, building, testing, and releasing features to production.
• The squad will also support customers by monitoring and fixing issues in production, and improving the mobile developer experience.
• The onboarding process includes learning about the company, tech stack, and working with a tech buddy for support.
• Within 3-6 months, the engineer is expected to be comfortable within the squad and contribute ideas and value.
• Opportunities for growth and development as a software engineer are available, including taking ownership of features and projects.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have at least 4 years of commercial experience with React or React Native.
• A minimum of 3 years of commercial experience in mobile development is required.
• Strong experience in building complex mobile apps in a scalable context is necessary.
• A customer-first mindset and the ability to prioritize effectively are essential.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French is not mandatory.
