Description:
As a React Native Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing front-end applications that deliver seamless user experiences.
You will work closely with backend engineers to build scalable, maintainable, reusable, and testable applications.
Your role will involve implementing best practices, pushing technological boundaries, and contributing to architecture decisions to ensure high performance and usability.
You will collaborate with the team to discuss application features and UI/UX design.
Researching industry trends and best practices to enhance user interface development will be part of your responsibilities.
You will develop and implement React Native applications for mobile platforms and React.js applications for web.
Proposing and implementing new technologies and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) will be expected.
Identifying and resolving performance and scalability challenges will be crucial.
You will advocate for modern open-source tools/frameworks and share knowledge within the team.
Debugging and troubleshooting software issues to ensure a seamless user experience will be part of your daily tasks.
Conducting live tests, gathering feedback, and making necessary enhancements will be required.
You will continuously update applications in response to user trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
You must have 4+ years of experience as a UI/Front-end Engineer.
Strong expertise in React Native, React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS is required.
A solid understanding of React Native for mobile development (iOS & Android) is necessary.
Experience with Next.js and TypeScript is expected.
Knowledge of user interface models, application design, and web performance optimization is essential.
You should be able to create self-contained, reusable, and testable components.
A strong grasp of web performance, accessibility, and responsive design is required.
Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies and best software development practices is necessary.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or a related field is required.
Bonus: Experience with iOS development is a plus.
