Requirements:

• Candidates must have 7+ years of commercial experience in building React Native applications.
• Proven experience in leading development teams and managing projects effectively is required.
• Experience working on fintech projects is necessary.
• Strong expertise in optimizing mobile application performance is essential.
• A deep understanding of DRY and S.O.L.I.D. code principles is required.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript testing frameworks such as Jest, Detox, and Testing Library is necessary.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines in software development is required.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are essential.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment is necessary.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are required.
• A very good command of written and spoken English (B2+/C1) is essential.
• Experience with the New Architecture of React Native and expertise in state management patterns and solutions (e.g., Redux, Zustand) is preferred.
• Familiarity with various styling solutions such as StyleSheet, Styled Components, and Unistyles is a plus.
• A strong background in native iOS (Objective-C or Swift) and Android development (Java or Kotlin) is preferred.
• Proficiency with native build tools like Xcode, Gradle, and Android Studio is advantageous.
