Requirements:

Candidates must have 7+ years of commercial experience in building React Native applications.
Proven experience in leading development teams and managing projects effectively is required.
Experience working on fintech projects is necessary.
Strong expertise in optimizing mobile application performance is essential.
A deep understanding of DRY and S.O.L.I.D. code principles is required.
Hands-on experience with JavaScript testing frameworks such as Jest, Detox, and Testing Library is necessary.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines in software development is required.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are essential.
The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment is necessary.
Strong communication and leadership skills are required.
A very good command of written and spoken English (B2+/C1) is essential.
Experience with the New Architecture of React Native and expertise in state management patterns and solutions (e.g., Redux, Zustand) is preferred.
Familiarity with various styling solutions such as StyleSheet, Styled Components, and Unistyles is a plus.
A strong background in native iOS (Objective-C or Swift) and Android development (Java or Kotlin) is preferred.
Proficiency with native build tools like Xcode, Gradle, and Android Studio is advantageous.
