Remote React UI Developer / Lead

Description:

• ARC Group has an immediate opportunity for a React UI Developer that is 100% remote, working during eastern time zone business hours.
• This position is a contract role running through September 2025, with strong potential for extension or conversion to full-time employment.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of related work experience, with professional experience in technical design and coding in the IT industry.
• A related Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• Experience with unit testing, release procedures, coding design, documentation protocol, and change management procedures is necessary.
• Proficiency in using MERN and MEAN scaffolding tools is required.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to manage tasks independently and take ownership of responsibilities is essential.
• Candidates must be flexible team players and able to learn from mistakes while applying constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Initiative and effective independent decision-making skills are a must.
• Preferred qualifications include experience in various domains such as Health Care and Financial, familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, mobile design experience, and knowledge of web accessibility guidelines.
