Remote ReactJS Web Developer (Senior)

Description:

• Parcel Tracker is a leading company in next-generation logistics and parcel management software, logging over 5 million parcels a year through its flagship product.
• The company is seeking a Senior ReactJS Web Developer to spearhead the development of their web platform, which is critical for client interaction and user engagement.
• The role involves executing a development plan while also applying creative thinking to enhance the platform for customer satisfaction.
• Once the core platform is operational, the developer may also work on subsequent products and have the opportunity to build out their team.

Requirements:

• The candidate must have strong technical skills in ReactJS, Redux Saga with typed actions and payload, Typescript, internationalization (i18next), and styled components & styled system.
• Good to have technical skills include Babel, Webpack, testing, and backend knowledge.
• Non-technical competencies required include the ability to work autonomously, fluency in English, good UI/UX skills, and the ability to understand and tailor the user experience to meet user needs.
• The candidate should demonstrate ownership of their work, be reliable, and have at least a 5-hour overlap with UK working hours (9am-6pm UTC).
• The ideal candidate is a team player, trustworthy, self-motivated, enjoys learning, and possesses critical thinking skills to solve problems.
