Description:

• A leading provider of high-quality solar cable management systems for large-scale solar energy projects is seeking a skilled Remote Data Engineer and IT Support Specialist.
• The position is fully remote, based in Manila, with a schedule from 11PM to 8AM PH Time Zone.
• The salary for this role ranges from 2000 to 2500 USD per month.
• Key responsibilities include data preparation and dashboard creation, application development and website maintenance, database management, programming in Azure environments, and providing IT support.
• Responsibilities involve extracting and preparing data from the ERP system, developing insightful dashboards using data visualization tools like Power BI, maintaining the company website, managing databases, and providing ad hoc IT support to the team.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is required.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft Azure or related technologies are a plus.
• Proficiency in data extraction and manipulation from ERP systems is necessary.
• Experience with data visualization tools, particularly Power BI, is required.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python are essential.
• Familiarity with APIs and integrating public datasets is needed.
• A solid understanding of databases and data preparation techniques is required.
• Expertise in Microsoft Azure, including deploying virtual machines and utilizing Azure services, is necessary.
• Knowledge of web development and maintenance, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, is required.
• Experience providing IT support in a professional setting is essential.
• Proficiency with software installation and troubleshooting across various platforms is necessary.
