Description:

The Web Developer/Designer position at Extenteam requires a versatile individual with a strong foundation in web development and graphic design skills. The candidate will be responsible for customizing WordPress themes, creating visually appealing websites following UI/UX principles, and designing digital assets. They will collaborate with the Creative Director and Graphic Design Team Lead to drive web and design projects from concept to completion. The role involves front-end development, plugin management, visual design, creative conceptualization, project management, and brand advocacy. The candidate must have an online portfolio showcasing their work.

Requirements:

Proficiency in WordPress, including Elementor page builder and customization capabilities.
Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (especially XD, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks and front-end libraries.
Experience in creating digital collateral like emails, social posts, and display ads.
At least 3 years of work experience.
