Description:
Trellis Law is the leading provider of state trial court data in the US, utilizing AI and Machine Learning to analyze hundreds of millions of state trial court documents.
The company has recently raised $40M in a Series B finance round.
They are looking for a Full-stack Engineer focused on Python/Django/Vue.js to join a small, collaborative team.
The role involves building clean, scalable architecture to support a rapidly growing user base and data.
Full-stack Engineers will work directly with Product and Design teams to develop user-facing products.
Responsibilities include taking ownership of the back-end to front-end stack, working on multiple projects, building backend services with large scale data sets, integrating services into front-end frameworks, and collaborating with data and other engineers on large scale projects.
Requirements:
Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience with full-stack development.
A strong understanding of API architecture, JS/TS frameworks, and responsive template development is required.
Candidates should be detail-oriented and able to translate product and design requirements into a working application.
A BS/MS in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent technical work experience is necessary.
Proficiency in Python and working knowledge of a Python framework is a must, with familiarity in Django being a plus.
Familiarity with AWS, Linux, Celery, Redis, and Elasticsearch is also a plus.
