Description:
The Senior AI Workflow Automation Engineer will design and implement AI-driven automation workflows using tools like Monday.com, Gumloop/n8n, Make, Zapier, UiPath, and other RPA platforms.
The role involves developing and implementing Python scripts for data processing, workflow automation, and AI model integration.
The engineer will optimize business operations through intelligent decision-making algorithms.
Responsibilities include automating workflows in Monday.com, Visio, Power BI, Google Suite, and other relevant enterprise tools.
The position requires developing and maintaining custom automation solutions that integrate APIs and third-party services.
The engineer will work with both structured and unstructured data to automate decision-making processes.
The role includes utilizing AI/ML models to enhance automation and business intelligence.
The engineer will develop and fine-tune predictive analytics and visualization solutions for process optimization and market analysis.
Responsibilities also include integrating natural language processing (NLP) and AI chatbots into automation workflows where applicable.
The engineer will implement error-handling mechanisms and monitoring tools for automation processes.
Regular performance analysis will be conducted to ensure efficiency and scalability.
The engineer will maintain documentation and provide training for stakeholders on automated workflows.
Additional responsibilities include defect management, framework design for test automation, performance testing, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
The candidate must have 3+ years of experience in AI-driven workflow automation and process optimization.
Strong knowledge of Python for automation, scripting, and AI model integration is essential.
Experience with workflow automation tools such as Monday.com, Gumloop, Make, Zapier, UiPath, and Power Automate is required.
Proficiency in REST APIs, Webhooks, and third-party service integrations is necessary.
GIS knowledge, especially with open-source tools like QGIS, is highly desirable but not mandatory.
Hands-on experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools like Power BI and Tableau is required.
Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, as well as AI frameworks, is important.
The candidate must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
