• The developer will manage the full lifecycle of backend systems, create and manage database structures, and enforce best practices in application security.
• The role also involves working closely with DevOps, managing CI/CD pipelines, and participating in Agile ceremonies.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 6+ years of experience in backend development roles.
• Advanced knowledge of PHP (Laravel) and Python is required.
• Expertise in REST/GraphQL API design and secure integration patterns is necessary.
• Experience with application security, including vulnerability scanning and mitigation, is essential.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, and data modeling principles is required.
• Candidates should have experience working with CI/CD, Git, and infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Proficiency in AWS services and cloud cost optimization strategies is needed.
• A strong understanding of Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and estimation techniques is required.
• Familiarity with AI/ML integration and microservices architecture is a plus.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) is required.
• Proven track record in backend leadership roles within agile software teams is necessary.
• Prior mentorship or team leadership experience is a plus.
